Formulated with alkaline builders, sodium hypochlorite, & wetting polymers, it effectively removes oils, proteins, carbs, and food residues , leaving tableware clean & germ-free. Tolerant to very hard water, it is designed for use with automatic dosing systems to ensure accurate dosage and optimum results.
